Aspire Zone is a unique sport, sports medicine, research and education destination for the international sports. Due to the success of Aspire zone, It was required to be extended through the development of phase II with the vision of designing
integrated Uses with the current uses.

Aspire Zone phase II design is based on three modes (Pre-tournament, tournament and legacy mode). It is planned to be finished in (2018-2022-2030). Legacy mode expected to extend for around 50 years, tournament mode just for 6 months during 2022 FIFA World Cup. The project includes different uses on (1760271 m2) with extension area (173987 m2) like: Park, 16 training pitches, residential, commercial and other uses.
