Emaar’s vision for Dubai Creek Harbour is to create an urban city that respects the culture and climate of Dubai, a place where people can live, work and play in harmony
with nature and a community where families can reach their aspirations for generations to come.
In line with this, EMAAR is seeking a Concept Design for the development’s Iconic mosque

Katara Park Design Competition, Doha, Qatar

The project, which represents Phase 3 of Katara Project, is located in a prime location overlooking the internal Katara road, car park, and sand beach to the east; the water canal to the north; and the main external road to the west. This urban and landscape design competition was organized by Aspire Zone due to the strategic importance of the Katara Project as a whole, including Phase 3 of the project. The purpose is to achieve design concepts providing efficient and unique urban planning layouts, as well as innovative landscape concepts meeting the project’s requirements.

Private Villa -visualiser 

 The villa is a house of 240 square meters (2583 sq.ft) that sits on a property of 10,000 square meters (108,000 sq.ft).

It has several balconies and terraces; and is suitable for a maximum of ten people (8+2).

The Villa has two floors, with four bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and four bathrooms, as well as a 4000 square meter (43,000 sq. ft) garden. Exotic IP hardwood flooring is laid throughout the house

A drive-through is different from a drive-in in several ways - the cars create a line and move in one direction in drive-through, and normally do not park, whereas drive-ins allow cars to park next to each other, the food is generally brought to the window by a server, called a carhop

Masterplan Design of Aspire Zone(PH2), Doha, Qatar

Aspire Zone phase 2 is a mixed use urban development which has been designed on basis to be able to accommodate the open training pitches during Q2022 FIFA World Cup. The project includes different uses on (1.7  million m2) such as park, residential, residential apartment buildings, retail, community facilities, hotel, business park, and other uses. The design of Aspire Zone, phase 2, depends on having a sustainable and flexible park that fits with both tournament as well as legacy mode. Aspire Zone, phase 2, is designed to add cultural,economic and natural value to the whole area.

Doha Old Port Redesign Competition, Doha, Qatar

Doha Old Port regeneration project is a Complete Consultancy Services for the Concept Master Plan and Commercial Study of Doha Port Redevelopment

Doha Port is envisioned as a maritime gateway to the region that complements the leisure, open space, and hospitality offerings of Doha. Nested between Sea and Downtown, the site will restore the historical link between the city and the water and will be a desirable destination for a wide range of users, both local and international.

The project investment budget is also relatively tight: the construction scale of 3,900 square meters with 12 classes, and the comprehensive cost of 2,000 yuan per square meter .

Cairo Festival Plaza Landscape architecture is about enhancing the physical relationship between the natural elements of the site and the urban form. CFC Needs an outdoor Festival plaza, It is also about inspiring people to relax, socialise and enjoy exercising in parks, gardens, and other outdoor spaces in the public realm. The landscape master plan seeks to enhance the long-term sustainability of CFC with a vibrant, functional landscape design that fosters a sense of pride, identity, and healthy living. The building designed to be movable, and the materials to be reusable and economic, the site contour is maintained with minimum cut&fill required

Redevelopment of The Nile Corniche
,Cairo, Egypt

Located in the centre of Cairo, the Egyptian capital of culture and commerce, in the most prestigious part of the Nile Corniche, between 15th of July bridge and Ibmaba bridge sector. The project is established to serve a wide sector of Cairo’s inhabitants, as a promising new waterfront in the heart of the congested city.The idea is to create an outdoor space that not only serves the locals, but also acts as an attractive pointfor all of Cairo’s visitors. The project’s vision revolves around making the Nile accessible again by the public.

Al Masah Capital, Administrative Capital, Egypt

The client is developing approximately 25 feddans located at the New Capital. The aim of the development is to construct a high-end, luxurious hotel. The project comprises hotel buildings, chalets, day-use villas, and a golf course.

NEWGIZA Sports Club, Cairo, Egypt

NEWGIZA Sports Club caters to all ages and levels of fitness. It features a wide-range of sports and facilities, including a professional soccer field, a vast running track, and squash and tennis courts as well as multiple swimming pools that serve to members with special needs, a state-of-the-art gym, and a world-class gymnastics hall. Senior members have a dedicated outdoor fitness area that overlooks the club’s vast green fields. Whereas, the Kids Temple, features a play and birthday area as well as a waterpark.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of the leading oil and gas companies in the world. 

The Landscape accentuates the architecture by responding to
each building’s unique forms. Hardscape pathways meander and fragment through larger vegetated softscapes, connecting to important buildings and transportation points. Hardscape takes over as the dominant material at major entrances to buildings to provide plazas and gathering spaces for students and activities to spill out from the architecture into the landscape.

Al Montazah Park ,Alexandria, Egypt

Montazah Park is one of the most important tourist attractions in Alexandria, where the Montazah Park is very popular among the city's residents. The park  characterized by the presence of many historic buildings, beaches of high quality to international standards and large green areas, but analytical studies have shown that the potential of the park is not exploited optimally. Therefore, the proposed design idea presents a new vision to link archaeological buildings and green areas and create attractive activities that give users a unique experience in the park.

MU7 CBD North District 

The CBD North is an integral part of the CBD Character Area, within the Mixed Use Corridor and Central Park in the Phase 1 Administrative Capital City, including Businesses, offices,  residential hospitality,retail, leisure and open space land uses, to create an active part of the CBD, with lower density and height in comparison to CBD East, Midtown and CBD West.

MU22 The Capital Urban Mall

MU 22 vision is to be an open urban mall catering differenttypes of retail activities with different retail experiences along the transition from its center to the edges of the district.The aim of this vision is to achieve sustainable design that provides investment opportunities and to enhance connectivity between MU 22 and all surrounding zones.

MU4  Downtown North

The Downtown provides a vibrant and active cultural hub and central node for the Capital Park MU Corridor, starting with the entertainment plaza including cinema’s and theaters, and opening onto the central Cultural Avenue, and network of pedestrian squares, streets, lanes and arcades, to provide a series of retail, leisure and cultural mixed-use spaces, integrated with office, hospitality and residential land-uses. Downtown North gradually increases in density and height towards the east where there is the CBD North of high density development, and achieves a medium density footprint, through livable integrated mixed-use urban blocks, including; cascading blocks, staggered towers and podiums.
